They have no protocol or process for customer complaints. Their GM wouldn't even give me a call back. They just sent out an argumentative service manager. They said the damage was there when I came in. I know it wasn't. I would of been satisfied if they would of least gave me a walk thru where the truck had been to see where the damage occurred, but they didn't even do that. All the service manager said was he agreed it was not caused by another vehicle. The damage was high on the front passenger fender with red paint. The SM said they had no equipment that was red. BS. They will not get anymore of my business and more. More

Poor service dept mgr-failed to follow thru w/criticle req Brought our 2016 Silverado in for oil change/tire rotation on Fri Oct 13, 2017. Made it clear I did NOT want the truck washed to service Express Mgr, Brought our 2016 Silverado in for oil change/tire rotation on Fri Oct 13, 2017. Made it clear I did NOT want the truck washed to service Express Mgr, Adam Bernardini. I also placed a 9x3.5 DO NOT WASH hanger on the shifter. Go figure they ran my truck through there lousy auto car wash and screwed up my recent $300 detail job with the brushes and chemicals left scratces near mirrir and on both tail light and in paint. Tried to pawn off a lousy free alignment hand written on a business card which doesnt cut the cake-why would I ever go back if they can't even honor such a simple request? Service manager Andrew dropped the ball --should have followed through with his takes to make sure it wasnt washed. He didnt even note it on the invoice! Filed a complaint with better business bureau. I had to take a day vacation to redo do my full paint correction all over. Not an easy job to do this large truck not to mention cost of my products used! I Am still very upset at their service dept and await an acceptable resolution. Why should Take all the brunt of their VERY IRRESPONSIBLE service! More
Had us come in to fix a third party warranty, when not open We specified we had struts that needed to be replaced and under the service warranty contract. Very Poor first service experience on a new vehicle When I got my New truck back, 4400 mi, There was oil smudged on the steering wheel and steering column. Quite a bit really. After I staff to clean When I got my New truck back, 4400 mi, There was oil smudged on the steering wheel and steering column. Quite a bit really. After I staff to clean that off and when I got home, I found more oil on the inside of the drivers side door and a small stain on the drivers seat. I think I have that cleaned up now but that display of sloppiness makes me suspect of how well the work was done. Staff was quite disorganized and courtesy was fake. Beyond courteous. Our sales person, Matt Klisch, made sure during our purchase, that we were comfortable and taken care of in a very professional manor.
