Mike was patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. I had so much fun working with him that he turned the bad situation into a good one. The finance person, Brent, was also awesome. I can't tell you enough how different this experience was from the one I recently had at Hopkins Honda. The people at Friendly Chevrolet really had a different objective. They cared about me and not the sale! The interaction with Brent during financing was so totally different from my prior experience that it cinched the deal for me. I absolutely love my Sonic Hatchback LTZ and I can't recommend this dealer enough. More
