But so are we!!! After several days and several, several phone calls we were finally satisfied with the deal Jimmy offered us for our new 2017 Equinox. Here's where the younger Sales Reps could learn a thing from the older more experienced Sales Men like Tom Bertsch, the young guys stopped said good morning and if I needed any help? and I said just looking and they moved on.. Tom came out, ask if I needed help, and I said no, just looking, but he engaged me in conversation. we just talked weather, cars, and finally I asked about the Chevy Volt they had on the website, because I didn't see it on the lot. Tom found it on the showroom floor, sat in it, and because of my height I don't fit... but he said, check out the Chevy Cruze, They had two up front, I sat in the one, he said lets go for a test ride, came back, he told me I could take it for a longer ride. which I did.. . Came back, told him I'd take it, but need to bring in my trade in.. Brought my trade in for them to look at Tom explained they do an "interactive" eval, when you ride with the person who decides on a price. I got what I would consider a fair price for a 9yr old SUV with over 120,000 miles on it. we made the deal, and 5 days later, still no buyers remorse.. of course Friendly Chev has a awesome return policy if I did.. not only will be back for oil changes, next time I need a car, Friendly Chev will be my first stop. If I had one negative to say, it would be, Buying a certified car, I would expect the air filter and cabin air filter to be changed, they did have a fresh oil change in it, but the air filters should have been done also. but it's a minor detail. . More

Not going back! STOP!!! Beyond my buying experience, this place has been one disappointment after another. I have been mislead a service manager, lied to by techs an STOP!!! Beyond my buying experience, this place has been one disappointment after another. I have been mislead a service manager, lied to by techs and managers and treated as if I was an inconvenience on more than on occasion. I have been sold a bad battery. Denied discounts that are from their website. I am generally loyal in these types of rerlationships and started out that way. Now, I will NEVER bring my car back there. The straw was today. My last oil change was at Friendly (after nearly 20,000 miles of getting them elsewhere). I stayed away because I had a problem with them before... with a simple oil change. My car is coming up on 4k miles after the oil change. The oil change message has been up for about 400 miles. I get the dexos oil (good for 6,000 but they put 5,000 on the sticker). When I brought my car in. The service guys there had an argument about whether my car was supposed to get conventional or synthetic oil. One guy insisted that I get the conventional oil. That oil would burn at about the rate that would put me at the need. This made me even more suspicious of me getting the wrong oil. A concern that I had made clear to the manager that I talked to earlier in the day. Instead of trying to figure that out, or just pop my hood and see which oil I had, they immediately tried to push a software update that was "probably needed", but would cost me $95. More
Disappointed and Frustrated ! I recently attempted to purchase a new Pick up. After Blake helped me find the Truck that fit my needs. We sat down to start putting together a deal. I was disappointed in the value that came back on my trade. Yes it was an old truck with high miles but the trade was need for the down payment. I was most frustrated with Dan and his unwillingness to deal. With the trade not resolved Eric from finance started getting information on putting together a finance package. All the while a final deal was not settled.My wife and I at this point had been at the dealer for 2 hour already. Feeling pressured and frustrated my wife and I were done. A 40,000 Deal was lost because Dan would not increase the trade value by 500 bucks. The trade and 4 other vehicle had all been purchased there. I started my search there for that reason. I have since purchased my new truck at Rosedale Cheverlet because of there willingness to listen and put together a deal I was happy with. I will remember my Experience for future vehicle purchases. He showed me every option, while remaining true to what i was asking for & never pushing me out of my comfort zone on price. Mark was amazing at communicating with me about my trade in & making sure i was comfortable & confident that i was getting a good deal. Brent worked extremely hard to, not only clean up the financial MESS a different dealer put me in, but lower the original interest rate and payment plan offered. This team put in HARD work for 4 days to get me a great deal on my brand new Chevy Cruze. Every curve ball we had, they flawlessly had a answer & solution for me, without ever making me feel pushed or pulled in any direction. Friendly Chev will forever have my business, as well as referring my family, friends & coworkers. I can not express enough how truly great it was leaving the dealership feeling 100% satisfied with my purchase, from start to finish. Thank you for all of your efforts! More
