Other Sales, Service, and Finance staff members (Greg Priner in Finance) treated me with respect and professionalism yet were also personal. Thanks to their staff I've bought 3 vehicles and had relatives buy another 3 vehicles at Friendly Chev. More

Very disappointed with after purchase treatment I purchased a 2014 certified pre owend truck here less then a month ago. When I was buying it I felt very pressured to buy the "Extended Warrenty". D I purchased a 2014 certified pre owend truck here less then a month ago. When I was buying it I felt very pressured to buy the "Extended Warrenty". During the buying process the extended Warrenty nor the certified pre owend Warrenty were explained very well. Then to make things worse after having the truck a few days I noticed the drivers heated seat doesn't work. My fault for not checking it considering this accesory is one of the few I really wanted, go figure. I let the sales manager know right away that I had a problem. This when I first started to notice that not being a new customer makes you less important. This started with the sales manager i spoke with on yhe phone that one; said this should be covered by certified pre owned and two said that I would get a call back from a service advisor. I never got this call nor any return calls from messages left directly with the service department. It took actually going there three days later to finally get help with the problem. Now after finding out what's wrong the problem will not be covered by the certified pre owned warrenty and will have to be fixed by the extended Warrenty if "it's covered". Worse yet I won't even know for several weeks wether or not it's even going to be covered! The service advisor seemed pretty much clueless as to what exactly is covered/not covered by either of one my warranties. He was not very helpful and seemed very ready to just give me the run around and not actually fix anything. Add to this I've noticed a few other possible problems that I'm afraid to even bring up! I see now why the extended warrenty was pushed so hard, seems like everyone there knows these new trucks are problematic and learned to just not deal with people that have them. I will not be returning for future service or purchases. Friendly should not be in their name..... and they should not change it to helpful..... More
