The only way to get the 6 months of free payments is one you have to finance through their lender and/or pay the full price. Today was My second time at the dealership. Let’s talk about the 3 different Salesmen I have communicated with. Emmanuel did not seem interested. Brett was nice but basically said They had no more Equinoxes to sale the ones they had were out as loaners, etc.. Zach was the most helpful Salesman but he also told Me over the phone that the loners they had out they could be sold and they would jus put the customer in another car, so that’s what made me come to this second visit. Just like the first visit I get there and they have no more cars, but I show Zach that per online it says You do. Well apparently those are ones that have lil physical damage to the the rear of 1 and front damage on one. Now he said I could purchase one of those, because they would be fixed, but the price would stay the same because technically it’s still a new car. I was even willing to take a supposedly new suv that I’m aware that a customer damaged and pay full price as if it’s a new car. But I jus got tired of waiting and left and I somehow feel that was the intent. I have My own financing through a reputable bank(check in hand) so that alone disqualify you from the 6 month of free payments, the sale price is not dropped by 10000 or so $$$ because so much is added to back into the sale price..This had been an experience to say the least.. More
WORST DEALERSHIP!!! Do not waste your time or money here. They do not care about their customers. Spend 60k here on a new truck and already having issues and now supposedly it not under warranty when it’s be They do not care about their customers. Truck has been there not touched for 2 weeks and the parts needed haven’t even been ordered. And the service advisor Cinthia is so rude. No help at all. My car was rear ended on Friday. I took it into the Friendly Chevy and Doug N was the absolute best! He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He even gave me a snoopy mask! We originally went to Sewell as we loved their service and wanted a Yukon Denali. The Chevrolet Tahoe was better rated and better priced so we decided to check out Friendly. Despite being packed, we rec and wanted a Yukon Denali. The Chevrolet Tahoe was better rated and better priced so we decided to check out Friendly. Despite being packed, we received prompt service, had a test drive and negotiated a great price! The car has been a pleasure and Friendly has as well. There was an issue with tires and they did everything to rectify the situation quickly. I would recommend the great folks at Friendly to anyone! More
Spent $64k with these guys and have received nothing but POOR service from them when trying to schedule my Concierge services. Today was strike 3 in my book. POOR SERVICE. POOR QUALITY REPAIRS. I had insurance pay this dealership thousands upon thousands of dollars to do repairs on my SUV after an accident. Firstly, this dealership was 2-3 ti I had insurance pay this dealership thousands upon thousands of dollars to do repairs on my SUV after an accident. Firstly, this dealership was 2-3 times more expensive than any other shop in town, so I had to really fight insurance to cover the high cost of repairs. But that's not even why I am giving them a poor rating. If you are going to charge a high price, fine, people are willing to pay for quality and good service. That is why you go to a dealership vs another shop. We received neither. POOR SERVICE. POOR QUALITY. Shortly after repairs, it became clear a piece they installed under the front grill was either faulty at manufacturing, had been broken upon installation, or there was accident damaged that was missed. Any of these options are 100% the responsibility of the dealership, and 100% covered under manufacturer's warranty. Again, this is the only reason anyone even pays dealership prices. However, when we went back to have the piece looked at, they wouldn't even inspect their own work without trying to charge us hundreds of dollars. The manager himself refused to take responsibility and said even if damage was found WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY TO REPLACE THEIR OWN FUALTY WORK. When we tried to escalate to the dealership manager, after waiting for hours already, she was completely dismissive and pawned us off back to her service manager who we had already made clear treated us very rudely and dismissively, and who she knew wasn't even in the building. They tried to claim we had been in another accident in the short time since they repaired our car for accident damage, even though the outside of the car was pristine as everything had literally just been replaced by them. Very clear Friendly Chevrolet DOES NOT CARE. If you are thinking of giving these people $40K+ worth of business like we have, think again! You are better off elsewhere, management here does not stand by quality or service. More
