I’m pretty indifferent about this place. Nice enough people. Was annoyed they didn’t refill my wiper fluid or do a good job washing my car after my last service. Nice enough people. Was annoyed they didn’t refill my wiper fluid or do a good job washing my car after my last service. More

Have gone here for recalls, car washes, state inspection and even help when my engine splash shield fell off. Went back and forth with State Farm to get my car repaired here after an accident, which took 8 and even help when my engine splash shield fell off. Went back and forth with State Farm to get my car repaired here after an accident, which took 8 weeks for me to get back with 3 different dates given to me for the car to be ready, and finally went to pay and pick up my car. This is where everything went South. I paid (Clay manually inputted the card info into the system—important later) and left. I noticed the next day that no money left my account and I wasn’t charged, and the same day Clay called me and said the payment didn’t go through. He didn’t have any details and needed to call back the next day before I could pay again. Upon getting ahold of Clay again, I was told there was accidentally a credit made to my account and that I would need to pay AND give the credited amount back. This would be no problem but I didn’t receive a credit to my account. In my 6 years of having a BOA account, it has never taken 5 days for a credit to post. After back and forth with Clay and Erica over the phone, I left work early to go to the dealership. My mom came with me and we were informed that everyone in accounting had left, even though it wasn’t 4pm yet (cut it close at 3:52 but I let Erica know I was coming from work and would be there BEFORE 4). They insisted that I had a credit in my account bc that is what it showed on their end. So despite me taking out my laptop and logging onto my BOA account and offering to show the lack of credit, I was threatened by Erica to have my car repossessed if I didn’t pay the extra money that was “credited to me.” My mom was very upset and told me not to pay them anything because they hadn’t given me anything. Instead of assuming that when my card was “credited,” it’s possible that the wrong card number was input (Since it was done manually), my mom and I went back and forth with Erica and Brent for over 30 minutes. I wanted to pay the amount I owed and leave and was told “well then we’ll keep your car” by Erica. I called BOA and asked about any pending credits, there was none. Still, rather than assume it was a clerical error having nothing to do with me, everyone was still skeptical and insistent that I would get a credit in my account that I would need to pay back. After calling and getting confirmation from BOA (on speakerphone) that there was no pending credit, I was able to pay and leave (the charge posted immediately, unlike before). Erica had an awful attitude the entire time and was what I called “in the wind” just all over the place. Overall, no one handled the situation professionally, Brent was placing blame, Erica was being rude, and my mom was extremely upset, not allowing them to scam me out of 4k. I just wanted to get my car back and pay what I owed and now I have to find a new place to go for my service needs. Quick summary: Doug= Huge help, Mr. Make it Happen Brent, Clay, and Erica have ruined this place for me and I will never return. I called (without being called first) Friday, Saturday, and Monday trying to pay what I owed. Threatened to repo my car over a payment mistake on their end saying I received a credit that I didn’t receive. Called BOA on speaker and they confirmed I had no credit or pending credit. Its highly likely that the wrong card number was put in on accident, I didn't read off the numbers or swipe the card; Clay manually inputted the numbers. More

After being put on hold 5 times, because the call was being picked up by other departments. They simply disconnected my call after 20 minutes of holding. This is one of the many reasons this place sucks rect/&m. No wonder ppl go else where. As we all should after the bad experience. My advice is simple. Just like anything else, there are plenty to chose from, period. More
There is nothing "Friendly" about this dealership. The worst Experience I have dealt with at a Dealership. I was sold on false pretense that a new Truck I purchase was in "Transit" defined as in the vehic worst Experience I have dealt with at a Dealership. I was sold on false pretense that a new Truck I purchase was in "Transit" defined as in the vehicle is in route, on the way, arriving soon. This Was the 1st Lie. 3 Months Later to date still no truck. 2nd Lie, our Sales Rep said the dealership will pay our 1st Payment if it doesn't arrive before the loan payment due date. Sales Manager claim this was not promised. 3rd Lie the dealership said "there's a driver shortage, there's no way to deliver the truck". This was lie when I offered to expedite hot shot the vehicle to the dealership. Then they said "No, its a Microchip shortage". At this point I asked for what can the dealership offer for the dissatisfaction, they said nothing but made it point blank clear we signed a contract. xxx! the worst business ethics I experience. If transparency was offered in the beginning, this whole thing would played out different. BE VERY CAUTIOUS with this dealership. I'm continue to make this known and I refuse to be taken advantage of. More
Bad customer service! I have oil change service appointment today and when I got there, the service advisor told me that the services closed today without notifying me prior to my appointment date appointment today and when I got there, the service advisor told me that the services closed today without notifying me prior to my appointment date and time. They should have kept updated about it. Fake friendly service. They pretended to be nice when want to sell their cars. After buying their car, they changed to mean dealership. I would not recommend you to buy a car here if you don’t want to experience bad customer service when you need it. More
