My first experience with their Service Dept. Was with Parker in The Parts Dept. You talk about someone who is SO Personable & SO Kind & Customer Focused. I couldn’t ask for someone who gave me more of his Absolute Full Attention while we were on the phone & in person. And would you believe the mechanic who worked on my Malibu was a lady?? Her name was Nikki.. And she was Awesome also.. She was also so patient & answered All of my questions. And Angie was also great & allowed me to sit in her own vehicle to let me see if the tinted quarter front window would be too dark for my eyes.. She was just so friendly & so fun to talk to And the Dealership is kept so clean which I Love. The bathroom is Spotless. And they have free water & soft drinks & even have a place you can charge your cell phone while you wait. AND... a popcorn machine like at the movies.. And the Sales Manager remembered me & Came Over To say high & ask how I was enjoying my new car. And of course My Salesman Ben met me at the door.. took my car to the Service Dept for me & showed me how to work the remote Starter on my Key Fob.. And Parker walked me through some car washing materials I had purchased for the car & Andrew the Finance Manager helped me contact the Bank that Financed my car to update my mailing address on my new Account with them.
