Buyer Beware!!! I was looking to purchase a newer truck with the following requirements: 4wd, double cab, V-8 5.3L motor, flex fuel capable, & remote start. When I I was looking to purchase a newer truck with the following requirements: 4wd, double cab, V-8 5.3L motor, flex fuel capable, & remote start. When I was speaking to the salesman, Mike Lord, he looked up my vehicle on Friendly Chevrolet's website and confirmed that my truck was flex fuel capable. I trusted the dealerships website, that was my mistake. I purchased the vehicle and a few days later, I was reading the owners manual and noticed in the fuel section it mentioned to look for the ethanol stickers on the inside of the fuel door. I looked on my truck and to my surprise, there were none. On monday morning, I called the dealership and they told me the same thing and then looked up my truck via the vin and confirmed that it was NOT E85 capable. Very disappointed especially after I was told and shown on the specifications section of the website that this truck was listed as flex fuel capable. I brought this to the attention of my salesman and it has been nearly a week and nothing back other than the dealership is not able to convert the truck to E85 and he would talk to his "GM" to see if there is anything they can do. Bottom Line: I requested a truck with certain requirements and was told & shown it met my requirements and in reality it did not. My advise to anyone, TRUST, BUT VERIFY YOURSELF. TRUST NO ONE!!! More

there's a reason why it's called friendly Chevrolet. Everyone at friendly Chevrolet are so helpful and the service dept. Those guys are awesome. Awesome service I took my car in to get worked on, I worked with George and he explained everything very well and was very professional.
