I would highly recommend Feders Acura. I dealt with Joseph Gil and he went above & beyond to, get me in the price range I wanted. I would highly recommend him if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from Feders, just because of the experience I had w/ him. And I will admit, I'm very picky & I knew exactly what I wanted. Please don't get me wrong... Every emloyee at Feders Acura was extremely professional & very friendly from the moment I walked in. But normally when I go into a dealership they overwhelm you the minute you walk in. Then make me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I did not get that feeling at all. I was very comfortable plus, I am extremely happy and satisfied with my overall experience, especially & the price. I did my research and priced my vehicle @ many other dealers. Best deal by far!!Two thumbs up Feders Acura!! A++ And Mr. Feder, you have a great staff and Joseph Gil was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back! More
Chris was friendly, fair, and went out of his was to help. He helped me even though I was out of town and stranded with a disabled Acura. I was in the market for a pre-owned car and just happened to stop by Feders, they had one car that caught my eye. After test driving the car my Fiance and I went inside to look at the figures, we had two car to stop by Feders, they had one car that caught my eye. After test driving the car my Fiance and I went inside to look at the figures, we had two cars to trade in as the down payment.They initially offered us decent prices for our trades but weren't really willing to budge on the car price.I told him where i wanted the payments to be and how long i was willing to take out a loan for (five years).Its not like we were asking for $5,000 off, we just needed about a $1,000 to put us around the numbers we needed. We ended leaving that day and doing some research on the car, we found the same car similar mileage around the same price or a little less however they were about 2 hours away. We called Joe back about two weeks later to see if we could work something out,he told us to come in(which is about 1 Hour away) and he would do everything he could and stated "we will still honor the trade in prices that we gave you". We initially went to Feders on Dec 17th and two weeks later put us into the new year.So we drove out to Feder's and sat down at the desk Joseph told us the value of our trades went down 1000 a piece because they are now another year older however the price of the car they were selling did not go down in value at all even though it too was now another year older. We decided this was not the dealership for us thanked Joesph for his time and left. Later my fiancé received a very unprofessional and really un necessary email from Joesph saying that it wasn't his fault that we refused to finance for 6 years and that our trades went down in price, the price of the trades "is what it is".I will Never go back to Feders I would rather drive 2 hours away if needed to buy an Acura.THE POINT TO THIS REVIEW IS THAT THEY ARE VERY DECEIVING AND THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH WHATEVER THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ACURA DEALER IN THE AREA. I found the staff, espcially Brian Larkin, very courteous, helpful and prompt. All my questions were answered and I did not feel "hounded" as I do at most car dealerships. I also think the car helped sell itself, but Brian made the experience enjoyable, not a hassel. He is a true gentleman! So far... it's only been a few days since I've owned my Acura TL, I am very pleased and hope the car lives up its reputation! And, that Feders Acura will do the same.... thanks especially to Brian! This is our second Acura with Feder's and Joe Krupp. We were recommended by a dealer in Brooklyn who we had leased several cars ( not Acura ) before. Obviously we could have found a dealer closer to home. We stayed loyal to Feder's and Joe not just for thecae but for the service. More
Firstly this is my second MDX,we also have a TL and an RDX. These cars are the best we have ever owned. I love Feder's Acura. Mr Feder is a real gentleman and makes us feel at home whenever we are ther RDX. These cars are the best we have ever owned. I love Feder's Acura. My first Acura RL was purchased in 2005. The car was sold to me by Brian the friendly car salesman. Since my 2005's purchase, it was serviced exclusively at Feder's Acura for over 7 years & 165,000 miles. Th to me by Brian the friendly car salesman. Chris Sampieri is always friendly, helpful, and gives you an appointment that works with your schedule. The car is always ready when promised. When I went to bring my 2005 in for service on May 9, 2012, I did not see myself walking out with a new car. My husband accompanied me to the service department, and before he let me drop it off, we "looked" around. I was dropping the car off because my screen that displays everything went black. The car was also developing a shake that, I feel, was never going to go away, no matter how many times you tried to fix it. So, seven years later, helpful, friendly Brian the car salesman is still with Acura :). To be honest, there is no other car out there, that has turned my head, that made me shop around. I bought a 2012 Acura RL in a different color. This time Graphite. The best part is, the car has hardly changed. Some things have been reversed in position, but you adapt. So that is why I bought another Acura RL & from Feder's Acura. More
