However, i was in first a week ago and was told if put new tires on my trade, the trade in will be higher., which it was. Then they gave me updated numbers this past Saturday, which weren't good. Then Monday morning last day of month, they notify me while at work, to take deliver tonight if i want MDX and gave better lease price. Only problem is i had to make deal at night, when im tired being up all day. And i told them this earlier in morning. So i got to dealer,and my sister who also met me there, said seat was too small so i didnt take car. However, that wasn't only reason. I was annoyed that they asked me to put on new tires which i have to pay for when credit card comes in, on top of security deposit for lease. yet add stated security deposit waived, which dealer failed to do. It turns out seat was OK. i contacted dealer this morning, and they ignored anything i had to say. And they are Friendly Acura? More
Right Car - Right Price I was looking for a 2017 RDX AWD w/Advance Pkg in white diamond pearl with a parchment interior. Our local Acura dealer did not have one and did not I was looking for a 2017 RDX AWD w/Advance Pkg in white diamond pearl with a parchment interior. Our local Acura dealer did not have one and did not know when they would get one. They wanted $500 to locate a car for me. Went to acura.com and searched within 100 miles and found 5 available at 4 dealers. Sent email to all. Friendly responded within minutes with a great price and in less than an hour I had a deposit on my car. Received an email from Friendly's business mgr with delivery options to review including videos before picking up my car. Also, all paperwork was prepared ahead of time which made everything so easy. We had an appointment to pick up the car, Our sales person was with a customer and the business mgr was a little behind but other employees stepped up to offer us refreshment, showed us my car and installed my license plates. This was the most straight forward, easiest car purchase of my life. More

Joe was great to deal with and responded to my questions quickly and accurately. I can honestly say this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The lease was great, my trade in was fair, and I felt Joe and the dealership went out of its way to make the experience comfortable. This is my second Acura and look forward in the future to getting another. I would definitely recommend Joe to friends and family if they were looking to buy a car. DB More

I was searching for a nice Acura TL for our grandson on the net & after seeing a few cars in NJ & the Bronx, decided not to deal with them as they w I was searching for a nice Acura TL for our grandson on the net & after seeing a few cars in NJ & the Bronx, decided not to deal with them as they were either trying to hit us with hidden fees or their cars were in poor shape, high mileage & not as described. Found a '07 TL listed here & submitted my information. A few minutes later my phone rang - This is Rich S. from Feders Acura. I said Rich S? Do you know who I am? Rich G?. he asked. I said "Paladin". Rich said come down & we'll make you a great deal. I happen to know Rich for many years from my business & told him that I would be there that afternoon. My grandson was not with us , but he gave me carte blanch to find him the right car as I have been in the business for over 20 years & if we could get this car within his budget. I e-mailed him the link to the car & he said - Go for it! My wife & I arrived & I examined the car & then I test drove it - A WINNER! We sat down & figured the right price & wrote the deal. My grandson picked up the car yesterday & was much more than pleased with his new TL. While we were waiting to pick up the car I chatted with the GM, the owner & the finance mgr. (all great guys). These guys are 100% professional & know how to properly run their business. Weather you know someone in this business or not - This is a true first class dealership & I would highly recommend it to anyone! Haven't had the car service there yet, but from all I hear their service is some of the best in the area. In a nutshell: 1) Good inventory - both new & used. 2) Their honesty & respect. 3) Very fair pricing & honest financing 4) I prefer to deal local & want my business & tax dollars to stay here. More
Advertisements and sevrice don't match. I do NOT recommend I generally like to use a local business for sevrice but this is one time where I have to go else where. When my husband and I were looking for a pre-owned SUV we discovered this dealership. The quality of the cars were not good and we ended up buying our car at another dealer. They did not seem to really care about the quality of the pre-owned vehicles and it was a turn off for us.. Happy I found what I was looking for at another Acura dealer. However I thought I would use the dealership for service. The first few times I took my car their the servcie seemed fine. However I recently went in after getting a coupon card for a summer special to have oil change, inspection and etc. for $59. I thought this was a great deal.. When I got my car back it was not washed as per the coupon. I was a bit annoyed at this as it was part of the coupon.. Then my frustration got worse when I drove my car home and had a horrible trembling in my tires. I was not able to turn around that day to have it looked at so I made another appointment to come back. I was told not to drive my car and I am very fortunate to have another vehicle that I can use. When I brought my car back the service person acted like I inconvenienced them for their crappy work. My tires were so unbalanced it was ridiculous. My car was still no washed and I got an attitude from the service person when I made the inquiry. I also find it very insulting that customers have to pay for refreshments and snacks. I would never expect this from a luxury car dealership. I owned Lexus vehicles before and never experienced have to pay for refreshments or not having my car washed. Even the Nissan dealer on 17K offers refreshments. Needless to say my car still did not drive a 100% and I took it to Honda. When they ran the balance check only the fron was balanced and the back was grossly off.. Unfortunately this dealership will not be seeing me or my vehicle again.. My suggestion to them is don't advertise services that you are not going to provide especially if you don't want to be reported to the better business board. More

I would highly recommend him if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from Feders, just because of the experience I had w/ him. And I will admit, I'm very picky & I knew exactly what I wanted. Please don't get me wrong... Every emloyee at Feders Acura was extremely professional & very friendly from the moment I walked in. But normally when I go into a dealership they overwhelm you the minute you walk in. Then make me feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I did not get that feeling at all. I was very comfortable plus, I am extremely happy and satisfied with my overall experience, especially & the price. I did my research and priced my vehicle @ many other dealers. Best deal by far!!Two thumbs up Feders Acura!! A++ And Mr. Feder, you have a great staff and Joseph Gil was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back! More

I was in the market for a pre-owned car and just happened to stop by Feders, they had one car that caught my eye. After test driving the car my Fiance and I went inside to look at the figures, we had two car to stop by Feders, they had one car that caught my eye. After test driving the car my Fiance and I went inside to look at the figures, we had two cars to trade in as the down payment.They initially offered us decent prices for our trades but weren't really willing to budge on the car price.I told him where i wanted the payments to be and how long i was willing to take out a loan for (five years).Its not like we were asking for $5,000 off, we just needed about a $1,000 to put us around the numbers we needed. We ended leaving that day and doing some research on the car, we found the same car similar mileage around the same price or a little less however they were about 2 hours away. We called Joe back about two weeks later to see if we could work something out,he told us to come in(which is about 1 Hour away) and he would do everything he could and stated "we will still honor the trade in prices that we gave you". We initially went to Feders on Dec 17th and two weeks later put us into the new year.So we drove out to Feder's and sat down at the desk Joseph told us the value of our trades went down 1000 a piece because they are now another year older however the price of the car they were selling did not go down in value at all even though it too was now another year older. We decided this was not the dealership for us thanked Joesph for his time and left. Later my fiancé received a very unprofessional and really un necessary email from Joesph saying that it wasn't his fault that we refused to finance for 6 years and that our trades went down in price, the price of the trades "is what it is".I will Never go back to Feders I would rather drive 2 hours away if needed to buy an Acura.THE POINT TO THIS REVIEW IS THAT THEY ARE VERY DECEIVING AND THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH WHATEVER THEY WANT BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONLY ACURA DEALER IN THE AREA.
