HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Went in on Saturday morning, picked out a vehicle that I was very set on purchasing. Later in the day, I called the Manager, Mike, to ask a few questions in which he said he'll give me a call back and never did. I had to call and in hopes of leaving a deposit, they told me it was too late. Called on Monday to leave a deposit, and no one would talk to me. Called Tuesday and spoke to the business manager and I explained my frustration and he said he will look more into it, apologized and said he'll call back. NEVER DID. I called AGAIN on Wednesday, spoke to a very nice lady and she told me the vehicle is sold. Checked the website and they increased the price. Horrible horrible horrible experience. I'll NEVER come to this Acura- they drove away 2 customers. Have the decency to call your serious customers back and give them other options. More

A loaner auto made available since my service was to take time. The service was completed as scheduled and I was notified when it was ready. When I picked up my vehicle, I had used coupons that I had acquired from "Friendly Acura of Middletown" web site that saved me considerable money. I have always used this dealership service department for the last 10 years since this is my second MDX, and will continue to use them in the future as long as I own Acura's. More

Great Experience! I had a test drive scheduled for a used vehicle last week. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed, introduced to the staff, and went for the drive.
