Based on specific recommendations concerning tires and front end alignment along with price quotes, for the service, we sought comparable dollar amounts from other sources and found Friendly Acura to be our best bet. Half done service I used this dealer because I thought I was building a good repore with them. I guess not. I needed a service that said A1236 on Friday now today Monda I used this dealer because I thought I was building a good repore with them. I guess not. I needed a service that said A1236 on Friday now today Monday I'm getting a service request telling me to check the engine oil. Plus before I left the service checks says balanced and rotated tires which were not done. Tire were not balanced I know because the tire pressure numbers were off. And the could not have been rotated. Leaves me to wonder if anything else was done. More
