We had found our ideal car on their site, made an appointment to come see it in person, and, unlike our experience elsewhere the week before, the car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. We were directed to salesman Joe Gil, who greeted us, pulled the car around, and readied us for a test drive. Joe is the type of salesman you hope for when you're nervous about shopping for a car. He was accommodating, friendly, and casual, all the while answering any question or concern we had. He never pressured us, never made us feel like we were in a high pressure environment. That allowed us to talk it out, and make the right decision. After we made the leap, the excellent treatment continued. Financing was quick, easy, and fair. Not to mention, of course, that everything was clear and easily understood for someone who hadn't purchased a car in 12 years. The car was clean and ready for us to drive it off the lot, as you would expect. We couldn't have asked for any more than we got from Joe and the entire team. Other dealerships could learn a thing or ten from Friendly Acura. More
