Emergency repair while visiting family I was 140 miles away from home(and my local Acura dealer) when a horrible rattle came from the engine on Thanksgiving morning. I took my ‘09 MDX to Friendly Acura of Middletown and was greeted by Kevin, who could not have been nicer. He was able to fit me in and had the repair done that day!! He showed me the parts that were replaced and introduced me to Dan, who did the work. Solving the Problem Recently my EPS light intermittently flashed on and the steering wheel stiffened up while it was happening. I called the dealership and they checked out my RDX eventhough it was near closing time and all the codes checked out fine. When it happened again the following week, they kept my vehicle until they figured out the problem and I am so grateful. Thankfully it was all covered under my warranty. More
