Frets RV had the specific floor plan my wife and I were looking for. We are from New Hampshire and found this unit on RV Trader. All of the dealings were done on line. We traded in a 11 year old toy hauler. They gave us a reasonable trade in,so we decided to make the deal. As I was driving to Fretz, with my trade, the highways were very rough! Halfway there, a slide motor ripped out of the wall, and the slide was coming out of the RV! Obviously I was responsible for the repairs when we got there. The owner and the service manager came up with a reasonable price for the repairs. So the sale happened! Everyone at Fretz was very nice! I would deal with them again, with no problem!
