Brought my 2020 RX350 for scheduled maintenance. An error had been made when scheduling the appointment on what services were necessary. Tevin Ivy immediately advised me that I would need to leave the car all day. He provided a courtesy vehicle that I could put my husband's walker in. I had a concern about opening and closing the hatch. Tevin and at least 2 other employees worked until they determined what the problem was and explained to me why I was having a problem. It is such a joy to deal with someone like Tevin, that made bring my car in for service a great experience, not a chore! More
