Fine until you have a problem I have used Fresno Lexus service several times. Nearly every time there was a problem with either the repair or the time frame I was given. In additio I have used Fresno Lexus service several times. Nearly every time there was a problem with either the repair or the time frame I was given. In addition, one of the service managers named Roger is a little too "hands on" with female customers. I didnt appreciate his familiarity and asked him not to touch me. Dude isnt my doctor or partner! Not sure why he feels it is ok to put his hands on me but it isnt ok. I complained and got a call back from the head manager or something who asked how he could make it right. I told him I wanted to only work with the other service managers, not Roger. He agreed. The next two times I brought my car in, Roger was my consultant. He lied at least twice that i knew of about what was being done with my car and when it would be ready and again felt the need to lay his hand on my shoulder and forearm. I have not been back since. I dont trust them with my car or my personal safety. More

AVOID!! I've been a stellar customer of Fresno Lexus for over 4 years. Never missed a payment. However, anytime I have been there, they press and try to coerc I've been a stellar customer of Fresno Lexus for over 4 years. Never missed a payment. However, anytime I have been there, they press and try to coerce you to give them a 10 star rating online. They have stated they want to be the best dealership. Recently I had my purse stolen with my key. I called the sales person, Mohan, who said the retail for a new key would be $700. I explained I was a good customer and that I am on disability and asked if they could work with me with the cost. On speaker in front of my husband who is a police officer, Mohan stated he could get the cost down to $300. Today I just spoke with Matt who stated I am wrong and was never told that. They are great cars, but I resent the fact of being called a liar. For this dealership, I would give it a ZERO star if possible. Go to another Lexus dealership. This one wants and wants, but when it comes to the customer's needs, they will DITCH you and call you a LIAR. Disgusting. To add another detail, I just spoke with Mohan who seems to have developed amnesia ad forgot the whole conversation we even had...he even brainstormed things like I can fie a claim through my insurance, homeowners,etc. More

Lexus was supposed to send out notices to have them replaced, deadline was May 2017. I never received one. I purchased my first vehicle at Fresno Lexus. My new one in San Jose. Be AFRAID- you may only pay the deductible but you will be stuck with keeping rodents away as long as you own the vehicle- squirrels, opossums, raccoons, rabbits, rats and mice. Our garage is clean, we set up a small electrical machine that sends out waves to keep rodents away. I can do NOTHING about nature. This is a manufacturing defect and Lexus of Fresno didn't warn me after over $8K in repairs. Honda at least offers customers a tape that repels rodents. A friend had the same issue and told my husband. It is a HUGE PROBLEM NATIONWIDE!!! Just joined the class action lawsuit. My Lexus is gorgeous and I love it, but now I know it's a lemon. It is your responsibility to inform customers. This post is to hold you accountable. To be fair, the service advisor was very kind to me. This problem is an unfortunate reality though. My insurance will possibly be increased- that's not cool, not my fault. More
Avoiding resolving their mistakes is their specialty I had an offer from Lexus Corporate to pay 35% of the cost of replacing the front seats in my car. I guess Fresno Lexus was not going to make any $ on I had an offer from Lexus Corporate to pay 35% of the cost of replacing the front seats in my car. I guess Fresno Lexus was not going to make any $ on the deal because they seemed to be unable to iron out the details with Lexus Corporate for 5 weeks. During this time, they never contacted me. I had to reach out to them and sometimes my calls were not answered. Finally, they ordered the seats and I dropped off my car on Thursday. On Monday, Frank contacted me and said there had been a delay on arrival of the seats but that they had arrived that day and my car would be ready on Thursday. On Thursday, I inquired if my car was ready. Not only was it not ready, I was told that I would have to wait for my service advisor, Frank Caldron, to explain, "the problem with the seats". I attempted to reach Frank Caldron for another day but he was generally, "unavailable" and we did not connect. On Friday morning, Frank was still "unavailable" and I asked to speak with Darrell Lindsey, the Service Manager. He was unavailable on the 3 attempts I made to reach him. I explained via voicemail to Darrell, and to the customer service staff that I spoke with, Steven, that I live out of town and simply wanted to know, before I drove to Fresno pick up my car, if it had been taken apart etc. Could I even pick it up in its original condition? Darrell never returned any of my calls and Steven did not know if I could pick up my car and drive it off the lot or not. He explained that Darrell's message to me was that I would have to speak with Frank. He literally refused to give me any information about my car. I was finally able to speak with Frank Friday at 5:30 pm- 8 days after I had dropped my car off, 5 days after the seats had arrived, and 2 days after I began inquiring about the condition of my car. Frank indicated that Fresno Lexus ordered and received seats which were solely the frame of the seats, no actual seating surface at all. The dealership would have to order the actual seat for another $4,800 and wasn't sure when that would arrive. Frank had previously arranged for a body shop to also replace the carpet for me and I asked him to move forward with having this done and not replace the seats. He informed me that the cost of this service would be an extra $200 since the body shop would now have to remove my car seats. I requested that Fresno Lexus pay the additional $200 since they had caused me to make decisions and plans around incorrect information and to be without my car while no work was done on it. He indicated that he would ask Darrell and have him call me. Darrell never called me and I am now picking up the car in its original condition. More

They stated I didn't bring it in during their warranty time. How was I even to know there was a huge issue if they didn't notify me? I fell just outside of their warranty for this known issue and therfore was declined. When I went to pick my car up (because there was no way I was going to pay that amount ) they tried to give me the wrong car! Also took my car in for brakes and they tried to charge me $1600! Took it to a family friend for $100. Outrageous prices for service department! They do not fix known issues if you are outside of their made up time frame. More
