The longest wait even with appointment at any dealer I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for this dealersip just to take in my Lexus for service. This is a pre-paid service (they charged me when I bought the I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for this dealersip just to take in my Lexus for service. This is a pre-paid service (they charged me when I bought the vehicel), and appointment made last week!!! So, they knew I was coming and need a car for the day. They know why I was coming also. They checked me in, then I waited 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging. Then they did paper work and let me know Enterprise will give me a car. Another 45 minutes wait, to find out I was in the right place, and the Enterprise agent was right there, not bothering to call anyone's name. Then they tell me there is a "charge for incidentals". Really, do thy have a fridge with drinks in there??, what incidentals I asked, and given NO RESPONSE. Lexus get the Enterprise out of there!!! Lexus was a GREAT COMPANY, not anymore. Well, this is the second Lexus we have, but we might consider other brands. More

Some people like to read, or meditate, or just quietly cogitate their days plans without the feeling that they are sitting in Times Square or at Wilshire and Santa Monica Blvds. at high noon ! After wash and ready to go ----------- noticed a 3 x 6 black dirt sludge/smuge on drivers side arm rest. which I had to wipe off before delivering the vehicle to my wife. More
