I really wanted an Acadia, but after a not so fun experience at the local GMC dealer, my husband talked me into "just test driving the Durango." So we went down just to check it out. After I test drove it, I really liked it, even more than the Acadia. We let Neil know that we weren't buying that night, but if he could find one w/ all the items we wanted (and that was a lot), then we could talk about a purchase. From the time we first sat down with Scott to discuss our interest in purchasing a Dodge with the Cummins Turbo Diesel, and right up to the time we took delivery of our vehicle, we felt very comfortable deal interest in purchasing a Dodge with the Cummins Turbo Diesel, and right up to the time we took delivery of our vehicle, we felt very comfortable dealing with the staff at Fresno Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. We expressed our wishes for the features we wanted in a truck, and because it was later in the year, their inventory didn't contain they type of truck we were looking for. We then sat down with Brian and spelled out the features we were looking for in a truck, and he assisted us with building one in his computer system that contained everything we were looking for, and also the price we could expect to pay. When we took delivery, we were pleased to discover that there were additional incentives that reduced the price. The only issue, and we don't feel it was a big issue, was that the truck was ordered without towing mirrors. Once we made this aware to the sales staff, they were very cooperative and did everything necessary to insure the replacement towing mirrors would be installed on our truck prior to our RV trip which was just around the corner. It was a pleasant experience dealing with the staff at this dealership, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again. More
