I recently purchased a brand new Jeep that required some warranty work. Due to the nature of the problem it required it to be in service for an extended period of time. From the moment I dropped off my Jeep warranty work. Due to the nature of the problem it required it to be in service for an extended period of time. From the moment I dropped off my Jeep to when I picked it up, I was taken care of. Everything about my experience was great, Craig Kent kept in constant communication with me to keep me updated on the progress of the repair. I also appreciate the thoroughness of testing that was done after the repair was made. I've had my Jeep back for a couple weeks now and the problem has been completely resolved. More

Our service advisor, Randy always takes care of our concerns and is very responsive. I mistakenly took my truck to this dealership to get fixed. The service department did not fix the root cause of the problem, even with me telling them that they were fixing the wrong thing. The service tech misdiagnosed the problem, and then worked based on that misdiagnosis. When I took it back, the service manager acknowledged that the service tech was wrong on the first visit, but was still insulting, rude, and unprofessional. If you ever have the chance to deal with Wendy, the Service manager, or get your vehicle worked on here, run the other direction. Run far and run fast. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will show you the receipts from my first visit and the estimate from the second, showing the same complaint. Now, we have an understanding. They don't want me there, because they know they are wrong, and I don't want me vehicle there because they are the most inept dealership I have ever stepped foot in. The dealership employees always make me feel right at home. I enjoyed the cut the employees I enjoy the staff and I don’t have to wait for hours for what I need done to my jeep Cherokee sport.
