Can’t believe it was same man who was trying his best to sell me car less than 24 hours ago. Acting like I’m a road side homeless who walked into the dealership begging for answers. If a buyer has a question about the car or anything regarding the purchase they should be treated with the same respect and dignity as at the time of purchase. I am a huge fan of Jeeps and this was my first purchase and I was planing on buying another one for my wife but it won’t be happening form this dealership because of this man named Kyle . So future buyers be aware of their hypocrisy. The day your a potential buyer , you will be treated with respect and the min you walk about with your new car . You are worth xxxx to them . More

Brought my Ram 2500 in on Thurs 5ģ28/20 afternoon for a Friday a.m. apointment to replace a part which they had in stock. Saturday, 5/30 @ 2:30 and I have yet to get a call that the work is done. They close @ 4 p.m. today & I am an hour drive away so I drove to the dealer anyway. When I arrived at 3:30 & still no call, I can see my truck in the lot. Service Advisor told me it is not his vehicle to watch & it will be ready when he gets the paperwork. I'll be going to Gill Auto Group Madera next time. More

I just appreciate the fact that they are honest and hard working people that didn't take advantage of me. They also made sure all the fluids were topped off and checked my tire pressure.
