Terrible service, they are not helpful. They do not communicate with you. Also why schedule an 11:30 appointment when almost all the mechanic staff walked out on lunch right after I got there. I was told it would be two hours because they are busy. So why is everyone leaving in the middle of a rush? Also, it’s crazy to ask almost $200 extra to replace the air filters during the oil change. I chose to do it myself and it took a few minutes with no experience and YouTube. I thought dealer service was considered better than random shops but a random shop has you out in half the time and half the price with same quality of work. More
I have a Ram truck. While still under warranty I left it for the second time. Same Oil leak. 10 days later I paid $1900 to for fixing what they said was an internal o While still under warranty I left it for the second time. Same Oil leak. 10 days later I paid $1900 to for fixing what they said was an internal oil pump. My warranty said everything Within motor was covered. Service Manager( a complete rude jerk) said that It says in the booklet you get w a new truck that it’s the owners responsibility to pay for new oil pump every 70K Miles. $1000!!!!!! xxxxxxxxx. Don’t buy Dodge Ram and Don’t ever go to Gill in Madera They are a RIP OFF!!’ More
