Terrible service, they are not helpful. They do not communicate with you. They took the whole day to give me an update in my vehicle and they did not do anything and charged me a lot money They do not communicate with you. Also why schedule an 11:30 appointment when almost all the mechanic staff walked out on lunch right after I got there. I was told it would be two hours because they are busy. So why is everyone leaving in the middle of a rush? Also, it’s crazy to ask almost $200 extra to replace the air filters during the oil change. I chose to do it myself and it took a few minutes with no experience and YouTube. I thought dealer service was considered better than random shops but a random shop has you out in half the time and half the price with same quality of work. More

I have a Ram truck. While still under warranty I left it for the second time. Same Oil leak. 10 days later I paid $1900 to for fixing what they said was an internal o While still under warranty I left it for the second time. Same Oil leak. 10 days later I paid $1900 to for fixing what they said was an internal oil pump. My warranty said everything Within motor was covered. Service Manager( a complete rude jerk) said that It says in the booklet you get w a new truck that it’s the owners responsibility to pay for new oil pump every 70K Miles. $1000!!!!!! xxxxxxxxx. Don’t buy Dodge Ram and Don’t ever go to Gill in Madera They are a RIP OFF!!’ More
