I don't ever write reviews but the service I receive when I take my 2021 Ram 2500 in for service is outstanding. A week ago I received a call that I had a couple items on a nationwide recall, Randy called me and set up a time and I took it in. They had my truck for a couple days and he updated me the entire time. They provided me a ride to and from the dealership and everyone is friendly and very helpful everytime I go in. 10 out of 10 stars for for the awesome people that work a Fresno Dodge!! More
I purchased my 2019 Fiat 500X from this dealership and have yet to have a satisfactory service experience. Roughly a year after buying my car (and I love the mini SUV), Fresno CDJR got rid of the Fiats a have yet to have a satisfactory service experience. Roughly a year after buying my car (and I love the mini SUV), Fresno CDJR got rid of the Fiats and Alfa Romeos from their dealership's holdings. For me to get my car worked on by any other authorized repair shop requires a 3 hour drive to the Bay Area. I've had oil changes, tire and tire sensor repair, driver seat heater, and now gas filler cap repair. Parts don't ever seem to be in stock. Repair fees ($200 per hour?!) seem exorbitant. I set an appointment my last go around that was not written into the books, so a half hour consultation ended up requiring my car to be left 4 hours only to have the broken part be ordered for delivery in 5 weeks. I don't have a choice but to go to this dealership. Terrible truth is that I bought a 2005 Dodge Durango brand new from them and had the same problems. Why did I think they might get things right after nearly 20 years of "improving?" More
