Missed details Came in for 5,000 mile service. Was highly disappointed. Mechs left all the carpet protector papers and much plastic in the car when the car was retu Came in for 5,000 mile service. Was highly disappointed. Mechs left all the carpet protector papers and much plastic in the car when the car was returned. Mechs rotated the tires and must have let air out of the tires. Car was fine going in, car was returned with the orange low tire pressure lamp lit on the dash. I had to make a trip to gas station for air on the way home from dealership. Annyoing. Also no where on the paperwork does it say the oil was changed. It doesn't say the oil wasn't changed, there is no mention of oil at all. Oil change was the #1 reason why I can to the dealer and they did all sorts of other "multi-point" inspecttions listed but no mention of oil!!!! Also the car was returned with bird poop on the hood. Not attractive on a black car. BAD FIRST EXPERIENCE More

I have been purchasing two cars ScioniQ and the Prius from Mickey when he was a sales person at Fremont Toyota. On the other hand, when a customer’s car blocked in front of my car, Joshua noticed that, he immediately ran to me and drove the car away from my way so that I can leave the Toyota. Since my disabled elderly parents were with me, other customers were watching it. Other staffs put their head down or pretended not seeing me, but they were able to show initiative and heart (passion) on their jobs. Others should have learnt those elements from them. As a result, I can tell they both like their jobs and Toyota to serve customers. More
