One issue Told service I needed to rent a car they said they would let them know. The rental department knew nothing about my request, they said this is an ongoing problem with service not forwarding the calls. The Less expensive cars, which I normally get, were not available. They also would not reduce the rental fee. Seems like somebody needs to be retained and the rental downtown needs to care about satisfying the customers. The service On my car was excellent and the staff was great. just this problem with the rental. More
