I saw a different gentleman today and he was just as nice. I would give a 5 star rating but, it took 3 hours for service. Also, I got a phone call about 10 minuted after dropping off my car from a salesman who was trying to sell me a new car. My car is 5 years old with low miles, why do I need a new car? I politely declined. I didn't appreciate the call at all. He did not tell me who or why he was calling at first. Made me think there was something wrong with my car. Then an hour or so after I got home, I got a text asking if I could afford $91.00 more for a new 2020 Toyota Camry. I let them know I had already decline their sales pitch and didn't appreciate the text. LISTEN TOYOTA, if I wanted a new car while I was there I would have approached someone. The call and text was not appreciated! More

Superb customer service Steve Sako has been my service manager since 2003 and has always provided excellent customer service. This last time, I was able to take advantage of the shuttle service and Greg was very nice to talk to both before taking me home and during the ride home. Sorry I do not know his last name. Steve promptly called when my car was done. He provided me with details about the service and what I should be reviewing from time to time. I will always request Steve for my service needs. I have to admit that the prices for some products offered by Toyota are overpriced. The air filter for my Prius costs about $100 which for a small piece of filter material is way overpriced. More
