Don't go there for "routine" maintenance. We went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the oil change because the car was a few hundred miles "early". Since when does a dealer turn d for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn't do the oil change because the car was a few hundred miles "early". Since when does a dealer turn down the chance to do an oil change? And who do they think they are to decline doing this work without asking or even TELLING us this. MAYBE there was a good reason we wanted the oil change a few miles early. Like MAYBE next week we were making a 10,000 Mile trek across the Canadian back country and we knew we wouldn't be back in town for a long while. The communication at this dealer stinks. More
