I would give 4.5 stars to Irvin my service advisor. He was pretty straight forward to me in regards to the brake issue on my 2017 Tacoma. While checking in, I requested that my tires be inflated to 38 lbs. The service advisor Ramiro, wrote that in the computer service order. When my 40k service was completed, the paperwork stated that you h to 38 lbs. The service advisor Ramiro, wrote that in the computer service order.
