The service advisor had a bad attitude to begin with, wasn't nice at all. He didn't let me know how my car was doing, if everything was ok etc. They didn't wash my car. My experience could of been better. I purchased my Tacoma on 10/09/20 and pet of the deal was to get the running boards installed. I was told that I would get a phone call to schedule the installation. A week went by and I didn’t get a call. I called the dealership and was told to get a hold of Cecilia McKinley. I left several voicemails with my phone number and did not get a response. I had to call another department a week later and the receptionist had to tell her to check her voicemail. I finally got a call back to drop of the truck for the installation. The phone conversation had attitude on the other end. When I got to the dealership McKinley didn’t apologize for not responding. I still felt that I received some attitude from her in person. My experience could of been a lot better. More
