Service took forever, alert on dashboard not reset I arrived for my 945 appointment at 930 - I then stood and waited for someone to come assist me for nearly 15 minutes. The issue wasn't being ignored I arrived for my 945 appointment at 930 - I then stood and waited for someone to come assist me for nearly 15 minutes. The issue wasn't being ignored in the driveway - but more so that another customer pulled up 10 minutes after me and was immediately assisted! Then when my paperwork is finally processed - I am asked to SIGN with a pen that has been touched by everyone in the middle of this pandemic. I watched techs get in and out of different cars with the same gloves on, so are the gloves just for their protection or are they supposed to be also trying to keep our cars sterile? Instead of spreading germs from car to car. I had to call three times to see if the tire rotation service which was going to take "Max and hour and 50 minutes" has been completed after almost three hours. Very disappointing! More

Unfortunately, after our family only buying Toyota's for years and telling friends and colleagues how satisfied we were with the cars and service, we probably will no longer do so because of the company's decision to exit the California (& formerly U.S.A) standards for pollution control. We wish this wasn't the case and we are disappointed in this reckless decision. More
