This is the worst service center, had appointment at 11:30am and i was there at 11:15 am they promised maximum 2hrs so i decided to wait but at 2:10pm i saw their Technician pulling my car from rear par 11:30am and i was there at 11:15 am they promised maximum 2hrs so i decided to wait but at 2:10pm i saw their Technician pulling my car from rear parking for oil change. They made me wait for 4 hrs without any notification or information. Their service manager keep lying that its been in process. No apologies. Its was a paid service. My family got 7 Toyotas from this agency but never coming back again. Very deceptively and unprofessional business practices. SHAME. More

4 Hours for a blown fuse When we arrived at 8:15 AM for our appointment, I told the wonderful Service Manager we had a blown fuse in our Sienna. After waiting two hours, we were told the technician was looking at the car. Then, another two hours later, we were told the car had.....wait for it...a blown fuse, which cost $98.00 to repair. Accepting that we chose to take the car to the dealership, I do not regret the charge. I was, however, very put out by the four hour wait when we had an appointment, and I told them the p eff problem. More
