They misplaced a break fluid lid, and asked to purchase it for 166. I did not service my car anywhere else. Also suggested changing battery not mentioning how much life is left. More

Ive dealt with a lot of service advisors, but Mickey Gastrock in the service department, by far, is the best ive dealt with. He kept us up to date with our Rav4 gas tank issue. I am completely satisfied More
