I came in for regular service for my Toyota. I'm not sure if it's due to COVID but Isaias asked me to put the service tag in my car and get the mileage myself which was far different from any service I' sure if it's due to COVID but Isaias asked me to put the service tag in my car and get the mileage myself which was far different from any service I've received at other dealerships. He quoted me roughly $160 for all of the service and I notified him that I had a coupon from their website that took a certain percentage off of the appointment and he then notified me that it would only cover the parts. Looking at the coupon again it does not say that anywhere so that statement was false. Roughly two hours have passed and I was waiting at the dealership and I stepped outside. I saw my car sitting in the parking lot area so my assumption is that the work was complete since Isaias said it should only take about an hour and a half. I went to look for Isaias and he was in his office with another rep and I asked the rep if the cars parked in that area meant they were complete. Isaias looked at me and didn't say anything but the other rep asked who I was working with and I said that gentleman behind you. Isaias then said he would look at the status of my car and let me know so I walked over back to the waiting area. He then literally called me 10 seconds later and said my car was ready then I asked him, "weren't you the guy I JUST talked to? I'll just come over". I went over and he said to come over to pay for the work and I then asked him if he was able to take the coupon for the payment. At this time he had already printed the invoice and he said "I took off everything that I could" but didn't explain what exactly he did. I was in a hurry since things were already running late so I just paid the roughly $160 and left. Looking at the work order it stated that he notified the customer 30 minutes before he actually called me. I'm guessing he called me even though he talked to me 10 seconds prior as a record that he notified me. Also, looking at the work order it was fairly clear that he didn't honor his own company's coupon anywhere as the total amounted to the same amount that he quoted before I even mentioned a coupon.
