40K Service have been leaving my car for service right from the beginning and lately did see some issue with brake when asked they charged me 40 for check but tol have been leaving my car for service right from the beginning and lately did see some issue with brake when asked they charged me 40 for check but told me that the rotor and brake pads are completely gone well this was surprise to me as last service it was never reported and when asked they said they never do a detailed inspection unless customer ask for it and it cost so which mean the regulr service is waste of money as they don't really bother to check anything in detail and not completely happy with service provided. More

I did not know I can get same quality service in my new city. I was 20 minutes late because morning traffic, but I received the same quality of service in Fremont. All the personnel taking care of customers are excellent from the moment you arrive, did not have to wait too long. The waiting area is very clean and the expresso and tea machine are just great, enough seats form everyone. I can not say enough about this place. Please, keep customers happy. Jorge Barrera More

No communication between on line appointment making and service rep, lucky I was seen at what I thought was my appointment time. More

Customer support is good. Expensive charges for labor . Car wash not good . Car was still tidy after the car wash. Not much options for tires. They give free Lyft ride for drop off and pick up.
