Superb customer service Steve Sako has been my service manager since 2003 and has always provided excellent customer service. He is very attentive to my needs and always will to go the extra mile. This last time, I was able to take advantage of the shuttle service and Greg was very nice to talk to both before taking me home and during the ride home. Sorry I do not know his last name. Steve promptly called when my car was done. He provided me with details about the service and what I should be reviewing from time to time. I will always request Steve for my service needs. I have to admit that the prices for some products offered by Toyota are overpriced. The air filter for my Prius costs about $100 which for a small piece of filter material is way overpriced. More
Poor Service I was there to get my vehicle serviced and was told the vehicle is ready and I arrived at the dealership and the car was still hoisted with no one ins I was there to get my vehicle serviced and was told the vehicle is ready and I arrived at the dealership and the car was still hoisted with no one insight near the car, I ended up waiting another hour and had to ask people multiple times to please have someone loo at the car so I could be done. I was very surprised at the overall operation and poor customer commitment. More

I was told Maintenance work would tak 1.5 hours but it took almost 3 hours - almost double the time over the original estimate of work. Hence. it was not a good customer experience.
