I was pretty disappointed by service mechanic - Reza Khan. 1) When he first met me by the car, he had his face mask below his nose and as he was standing in front of the driver side window, it made m Khan. 1) When he first met me by the car, he had his face mask below his nose and as he was standing in front of the driver side window, it made me really uncomfortable because of close contact with him and risk of COVID19. I had to ask him to pull up is mask over his nose, and he did. 2) When I mentioned to him about some of the issues, he was very dismissive. he said, since the car has les than 5k miles, no need for service. Prior to coming to the Service for maintenance, Raffi Hashemi (sales) told me that I should bring the car in for maintenance, so that I make the best use of complementary service. Latter Phillip Stravers (another service advisor) had to convince Reza to carry on with the service as that was due. 3) The car software for Bluetooth needed to be updated, when I asked Reza, he flat out said it was my phone problem and not the car issue (FALSE). 4) When I insisted Reza that he looks into the bluetooth software update, he said I have to leave the car over the weekend or bring it in next week (as it will take more time to update the software. My appointment was at 11:15am and he said, there was not enough time to finish the work by close time 4pm (FALSE). Again Phillip Stravers had to convince Reza that the work can be fished before 4pm, so although Reza was hesitant, he agreed. 5) I asked Reza to look at my heater and air conditioning that they were properly working - before he checked anything, he said, they were working fine. I have no idea how he came to that conclusion without checking anything. 6) When Reza asked me where I would like to wait while the car was being serviced, I asked for a ride to go somewhere where I can walk around into a shopping center of some sort. Reza said, he can call a lyft and I have to pay for the lyft. When I told him that the person who took my appointment informed me that I can get a free ride within 5 miles, Reza said, that was NOT an option and insisted that I walk to the nearest shopping center. Again another service advisor at the office had to convince Reza that he should arrange a ride for me. Latter I decided to walk over to the shopping center and not wait for the ride. 7) I had another question (after the car got serviced and I got in the car) and another service advisor came by - when I asked him ask Reza to come by again to look at the ScoutGPS, that service advisor told me that I need to go in again because Reza does NOT listen to him. I was extremely disappointed that a customer had to witness these unprofessionalism. Since that service advisor (a thin man with grey hair) is not in talking terms with Reza, he called another advisor who came by and answered my questions. I also found Reza obnoxious, rude, unprofessional and very dismissive. I drove from Oakland, CA (36+ miles away from Fremont Toyota) to get good customer service. This was my my first service appointment at Fremont Toyota, and I am utterly disappointed in Reza. I found that he lied about many things and before he did any due diligence, he came to conclusion that nothing can be done. Really disappointed. Phillip Stravers was a great service advisor, he was very helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, Phillip had to convince Reza to work on my car for maintenance. At one point during our conversation, Phillip said to me "Reza is just looking out for the shop". and I thought to myself that Reza's job should be to look out for the customer satisfaction and NOT the shop. Unfortunate circumstances and I hope to never have Reza work on my car. Really disappointed in Fremont Toyota Service and in Reza Khan. More

In fremont toyota because i am well treated as valued customer and I THANK YOU FOR THAT..More power and blessing to your company.Sorry cant remember those names that attended to my car but in general i am satisfied. I took my Toyota Tacoma truck in for a service and you scratch the back of the truck and then didn’t tell me about it. Then, you spent three weeks trying to repair it. This is the most unprofessional repair shop I have been in my life. They violated the law by starting repair before providing a full quotation and all repair or replacement options. A representative named Reza and his boss named Mark M are the worst representatives of any establishment. They never return calls or messages. They failed to provide an update for two weeks. I intend to pursue all remedies available for the terrible service and unauthorized repair.
