I have been with Toyota Fremont since I moved to CA in 2013. I enjoyed the service. But not this time. I went for maintenance of 83000. I assume it is an 85000 package. I told the advisor, on the previous visit, the advisor left a note on my car for monitoring a situation, if the situation is still there. Then that part needs to be replaced. This advisor told me my car is a 10yrs old car (2013 Corolla is only 8yrs old) and needs to cover for multiple checks. I agreed with the checks, cause this is related to my safety. But when I pick up my car and saw the invoice. I found it is a package for 120,000 miles. I asked the advisor to provide Multi-point inspection (MPI) results report for me, he only provides me the price list of items and told me that's good enough. With the recent experience I have, I am not sure if Toyota Fremont's service can be trust anymore. More

I went in for service about two weeks ago and had a good experience. I did an oil change and tire rotation. When it started to rain I noticed my windshield wipers are not working. It was working before and experience. I did an oil change and tire rotation. When it started to rain I noticed my windshield wipers are not working. It was working before and I usually do not mess with anything inside the vehicle. I went back and asked if they can take a look and it was an electrical problem? I am not sure how it is an electrical problem it was working before I came in. I got a rental so they could take a look at it and it was too expensive to be fixed. So now I am stuck trying to fix this myself. More

Excellent service. Toyota RAV4 has a major design fault. There is too much space between Engine Compartment and Cover. As a result of this, kitty cats sneaked into my car again chewing and bitin fault. There is too much space between Engine Compartment and Cover. Service was good. Romero Orozco was helpful and made sure he informed us that it would take longer than the regular scheduled service maintenance that we went there for that day, because they found something he informed us that it would take longer than the regular scheduled service maintenance that we went there for that day, because they found something else wrong. It would be nice if you could make a car wash part of the maintenance service, and we don't have to ask for it to get it. But first, you have to fix your car-washing machine because, the times that I got it, no fail, it badly bent my license plate and either broke or bent the frame. And before driving off, I had to always check and ask them to fix it, when they should check that before handing off the car to the customer. Thank you. More
