The dealership's service center performed as well as possible replacing the touchscreen navigation and radio panel (head unit), which failed after two years of use. The problem was that such replacemen possible replacing the touchscreen navigation and radio panel (head unit), which failed after two years of use. The problem was that such replacement panels are not carried in stock at the dealership nor anywhere in the US. The panel had to be ordered from Panasonic in Japan, which caused a two week delay in getting it replaced. The result was that our car had no GPS nor radio functions for two weeks; Sirius radio is a paid service that we lost for that period. More
