Excellent Experience Even though I purchased my car from Capitol Toyota, I ended up going to the Fremont Toyota because it is closer to where I live. Did not have a good experience at Capitol Toyota but was really happy with the service at Fremont Toyota. Mark Muth helped me out both times I got my service done. He is very courteous and professional and feels like a genuine and trustworthy guy. I told him my overhead cabin light wasn't working great (wouldn't switch on half the time). I had taken this problem to Capitol Toyota as well but they fiddled with it and said there was no problem with it and sent me packing. Mark listened to my problem and then got it checked out. Turns out the overhead cabin light was faulty (manufacturer's defect). I really appreciated that they took my problem seriously and ordered the parts to get it fixed. You can bet I will be recommending both Mark and Toyota Fremont to any of my friends who are in the market for a car. I also like that the staff always calls to confirm if everything went well with my visit. Even the girls who helped me make my appointments were super sweet and helpful even when I called early morning. More

Shuttle drivers - Poor service Abstract: Shuttle driver said I lived out of his range and said he wasn't busy and can pick me up in 40 minutes. As a long time customer with the dealership, I took my car into the shop for a minor service. I dropped it off the night before to get it back by 1ish. I did not specify the service agent and got stuck with someone who did not contact me by 1, so I called to ask when the car will be ready and I'll need a shuttle. A few moments latter, a shuttle driver called. I gave him my North Fremont address and he said it was out of his range and then say "I'm not busy so I can be there in 40 minutes.". I said I would take Uber. I spend a lot of money at your facility and I paid $12.30 for the Uber driver to take me to your dealership. Shame on your organization. I shared my comments with the service advisor who tried to do damage control by saying I should have called him. I felt it's like asking Mom when Dad says NO. Come on. Steve S. is my normal advisor and I've never had a problem with getting a call explaining what's up with my car, when it'll be ready, etc. One of my cars has almost 200K and it's only been serviced at your dealership. I only asked for a 1 way ride! BTW- your next section dose not appear to have the service agents name and would not allow me to submit without clicking a name. This person "Sam" NEVER had contact with me. I just clicked his name to submit my review. More
