I go between dealerships depending on where my job lands me when my service is due. However the 3 times I've gotten service from Fremont Toyota my experience has been superb. Pat Brain was really rude person, this was my worst Toyota service experience. I am not sure if he serviced my vehicle or not I will follow up with service team manager to get my documents. When he gav Toyota service experience. I am not sure if he serviced my vehicle or not I will follow up with service team manager to get my documents. When he gave my my vehicle no tag was there and he didn’t complete my documents, I tried to call their manager and was not able to connect and if I didn’t hear back I have to do another visit to check on my documents. I will not recommend him as a service representative. More

engine light came back on just picking up car from service after replacing VSV valve, it was found vacume line unsecured. It's very unprofessional. How could they not secure the line before returnin service after replacing VSV valve, it was found vacume line unsecured. It's very unprofessional. How could they not secure the line before returning the car to me. It was very unsafe driving. After picking up my car the second time there were engine oil drops inside my car. You can smell the engine oil as soon as I get into my car. I will not go back for service. More
