Mark Muth was awesome I liked my experience from the time I scheduled the appointment all the way through to getting my car back. Avoid servicing your car here ; unless you wanna get scammed I booked an appointment for a regular service and got a quote over the phone. When I reached to drop off the car, the quote had suddenly changed by $5 I booked an appointment for a regular service and got a quote over the phone. When I reached to drop off the car, the quote had suddenly changed by $50 and was told that the quote over phone does not include labour. After service, saw in the invoice there was additional crank cleaning service which was not asked and accounted for the extra $50. Unethical tactics by service manager. Staff helping with pickup and drop off was friendly, courteous and helpful; absolutely no issues there More
