No-no, no need to fet. Im fine & the overall service was great! In the everyday hustle & bustle of the day we all get busy with whats in front of us and treat what's not as stepchildren. I'm sure it was just a small oversight that needed noted for the next person doesn't stand in the cold 15 to 20 minutes. My fault for wearing shorts & not listening to the weather reports.
