Impressed as always! I had to have my Scion towed to the service area on a Saturday rainy night from SJ. It would not start. I left my auto and the keys in the drop box. I had to have my Scion towed to the service area on a Saturday rainy night from SJ. It would not start. I left my auto and the keys in the drop box. On Monday, Steve called, stated they had done a 30 minute check and it needed a new starter. They ordered it, and it came in and was replaced that same day! Thanks, Steve!!! More

I git an oil change, tires rotated and door windows checked Steve Sako is always fabulous as is the service I receive on my car.
