CV axel and brake replacement. Initial reason I came to Fremont Toyota was for an oil change and to check the noise coming from the right front tire. I was told my CV axel needed to be replaced as well as my brakes and a couple of other things. Brought my truck in Monday 11/9. Shortly after Micky called to let me know my CV axel is back ordered but had an after market solution that is the same as OEM but cheaper in price. Got my truck done earlier than I expected. I’m happy with the overall service Micky provided. I would definitely come back and ask for him. More

disappointed After the service on 11/8 my car was disabled on the road. When I checked with other repair shop they told me the car need replace battery, alternator After the service on 11/8 my car was disabled on the road. When I checked with other repair shop they told me the car need replace battery, alternator, and water pump. It’s cost me 1,200 to fixed. I don’t understand what service Toyota provided to the customer never alerted me the problem. In the invoice I saw MULTIPLES INSPECTION means your technician should aware what is the problem in my car and inform me to fixed, however I did not get the informed from the service. My car was over 10 years and never had problems because I keep coming back the service every 6 months. because I want maintain my car in good condition all the time and I expect to send money to fix it. This time I am very disappointed the service. I requested the money back because I did not see the service. The person who deal with me I guess Mark. He provided good customer service however the technician team need to work on it. More
