Convenient location for me which is why I go here. Used to go to the Milpitas location but after their last service where they over promised and underperformed I switched to this one. Easy to schedule service and was fast to check-in for my service. Where they let me down ... I was expecting to get a call when my car was ready to be picked up but never go a message. I believe the guy when he told me he tried to message me but checking my phone I clearly never got it. After I paid they didn't bring me the car but told me to go into the parking lot to get it. They told me the direction to go but the car wasn't there. Had to go back inside, someone else told me a different place to go and found my car there. Not customer focused. More

I took my car to Fremont Toyota for its first service and was very disappointed with the experience. When I picked it up, the car hadn’t been washed - inside or out - even though I had confirmed with Ramiro was very disappointed with the experience. When I picked it up, the car hadn’t been washed - inside or out - even though I had confirmed with Ramiro twice beforehand that it would be done. As the manager, Ramiro didn’t even check the car before handing it back, and when I asked about it, the only response was that they were “too busy.” Only after I insisted did they take the car back to get it cleaned. On top of that, the “Maintenance Required” alert wasn’t reset, leaving me to figure it out myself. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but in this case I couldn’t help sharing how frustrating the experience was. More
