Not so much about Fremont Toyota. A Toyota dealership that has no " Used Car Department Manager" unheard of in Toyota dealership now days. But in other hand in sales department, the Fleet manager, Unald that has no " Used Car Department Manager" unheard of in Toyota dealership now days. But in other hand in sales department, the Fleet manager, Unalda Chapman is one helluva sales person! She is overwhelmed with work load and she has to do it all herself, I hear. Back in 2017 when I leased a car from her, she had an assistant to helout but went in 2010 to get me another car from Unalda, she no longer had that assistant !
