I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment and waited 10 minutes in my car for an assistant service manager to appear. After asking for service, I was advised by an attendant that the assistant service 10 minutes in my car for an assistant service manager to appear. After asking for service, I was advised by an attendant that the assistant service manager was at lunch. I asked the attendant to get someone to help me. The service manager came and assigned Adrian to assist me. Adrian was very helpful and ordered an Uber to return me to my home while my car was serviced. After the inspection was performed, I was advised that the rear brakes needed service. I approved the brake service and was advised that my car would be ready at 5:00 pm. An Uber took me back to Toyota where I was advised that the car would not be ready, so an Uber took me home. Adrian reduced the cost of the brake work because of the inconvenience of having to return and got an Uber to return me to pick up my car. All the Uber rides were provided by Toyota. Overall, my service experience was average. Given the discount provided by Adrian and the Uber rides, my rating was not lower than 3 stars. My advice to customers is arriving early for your appointment can be problematic, particularly near the lunch hour. More

CD was great and very accommodating even without an appointment. Service was quick and my car was taken in around 15 minutes. A little faster would have been nice, but service was still timely without appointment. Service was quick and my car was taken in around 15 minutes. I really appreciate the uber included that makes the service much more comfortable. More
