The wait for service check-in is what we wanted. The service manager explained what are the expectations during service - she was very helpful. The waiting area, as we understand it, is temporary. Nick Munoz was extremely helpful during my visit for regular vehicle maintenance. Every time I go to Fremont Toyota for my service, I always look for Maria. I had service from other managers in Fremont but did not offer me the best service. Maria made sure that I receive all the ser always look for Maria. I had service from other managers in Fremont but did not offer me the best service. Maria made sure that I receive all the service that I need and exceeded beyond that. I went for my service on a Saturday and also asked to check my A/C since I think it is acting weird. Even though it is a busy day, she made sure a technician checked my vehicle and was able to diagnose and let me know that my A/C is working well and nothing should be concerned of. On top of that, she is the only one who is offering the free carwash service. I highly recommend Maria and will definitely look for her again for my next appointment. More
