The last experience was the the worst of all. Just an oil change took about 4hour. I decided to wait there because it always took max an hour so this time decided to avoid the quick back n forth Just an oil change took about 4hour. It was more like a customary conversation, no welcome or how are doing or friendly conversation. Was not offered any discounts or about any ongoing promotions. The technician checked the cabin filter and th how are doing or friendly conversation. Was not offered any discounts or about any ongoing promotions. The technician checked the cabin filter and the report said needs replacement, and there was no follow-up on the cost of new filter and when I tried replacing it by myself I noticed that the cabin filter compartment was not properly closed, and after inspection the cabin filter was pushed hard inside, which crushed part of the filter itself. It was an okay service, not anything special to write about it. More
