Excellent customer service I have taken both of our Toyotas in for service and just recently purchased a new Toyota from the dealership. I have always received prompt and thorough service and everyone I've dealt with has been pleasant and knowledgeable. Bryan Jaakola in service is especially fantastic to work with and Ryan Perrier made buying a new vehicle pleasant and easy. Chase Tuttle explained all the paperwork thoroughly and clearly and I left there with a great experience from start to finish. More

Dishonest Service Manager I took my 2011 Tundra Crew Max in for a transmission flush. The service person (Angel) was friendly. She noted that none of the 120,000 mile recomme I took my 2011 Tundra Crew Max in for a transmission flush. The service person (Angel) was friendly. She noted that none of the 120,000 mile recommended service was done. I asked what was on that list she started going through it. I told her specific parts that I did not desire to have done. The first was the oil change, and intake air filter since I had just recently had my oil and that filter changed. I requested that the cabin filter be changed, however, since as I told her it had not been changed in some time. I'm sure that was an unusual request and one of the three there should have remembered it. The second thing i rejected was the cooling system flush and change. I agreed to the rest of the service. Angel told me she had removed the oil and air filter change and confirmed the cabin filter change was still going to occur. She also agreed that the antifreeze flush had been removed. She was there behind the counter, the mechanic who said he would be doing the service and would note other work the truck might need for my information when he did the service was standing there to my right, Angels left, in front of the shop door throughout the conversation. Also a register to my right and Angels left and within two steps of my position had a fairly tall red haired man attending it during the conversation. I called the Service Manager, Mike Baldwin, and complained about the oil charges. Since I am working in Sheridan and living in Gillette, my copy of the bill was at home. I didn't know when I talked to Mike that they had also done the coolant flush and change against my request. I learned that by calling my wife and having her review the bill. In any case Mike straight faced told me that he had talked to each of the people and none of them remembered be saying that my oil was recently changed. He also claimed to be standing there during the conversation too, but I was there and he was not - yes I am calling him the liar that he is. He may have been in his nearby office but he was not standing there when I dealt with Angel. In any case I am certain at least one of them recalls the conversation. Mike offered to do a complimentary oil change for me at my next oil change. I let him know I don't use the oil product he put into the vehicle and I don't have his shop change my oil. I had not mentioned the coolant, so I don't know where he would have slithered to with that. I told him I wanted the oil change cost credited to my card. He said he could not do that. I informed him that I would never buy another Toyota. (The liar had me totally pissed off so I misspoke). What I meant was that I will never buy a vehicle from Fremont Motors as a result. It is the principle of the matter. The man sat there, then stood there and lied to me straight faced. I will also influence my father Jack not to purchase anything from Fremont again. He has purchased several vehicles from Fremont Motors of Sheridan. I also took the oil change sticker off of my front window and showed it to Mike so he could see that the vehicle had under 1,000 miles on the oil when his service department changed it. More
