While I was driving my Tacoma to the dealership to get a trade-in appraisal from Shannon, the tire pressure warning light came on, so I took the truck to the service department instead. Emily fit me into th trade-in appraisal from Shannon, the tire pressure warning light came on, so I took the truck to the service department instead. Emily fit me into their tight schedule and repaired the tire at reasonable cost. Meanwhile Shannon inspected my truck and give me a fair trade-in quote. I couldn't ask for more! More

Shannon was awesome, great communication, not pushy and just a great resource all around. She helped me buy a sienna I had a deposit on for 6 months.
