My husband and I just recently purchased a 2012 Toyota Tundra. This is the second time this year that we have dealt with Tom Nelson. Tom and the product are the reason we returned. Tom is so very informative and knowledgeable about the trucks that we were interested in and purchased. Answered all of the many questions that we had. Helped program my phone in the truck today and was very helpful with all of the other options that were on the vehicle that we purchased. I am confident that I can call him with any questions that I may have and that they will be answered promptly. We are very happy with the accessories department also. Tom set us up with Kenny Phipps and we were able to have a grill guard, running boards and sprayed in bed liner installed very efficiently and promptly. This is very important as we have to travel from out of town. They both worked very hard to accommodate our schedule. Needless to say we are very happy customers and would suggest that anyone wanting to purchase a Toyota stop at Fremont Motors in Sheridan Wyoming. We do not think you will be disappointed. In this day and age, the internet, email, and cell phones play an integral role in the consumer market. Fortunately, everyone at Fremont Toyota in Sheridan are well aware of this. 90% of my transaction was handled via email, phone, and internet. Tom, Julian, and JR made everything from the finance application to viewing the vehicles we purchased that much easier due to the Fremont team being computer and mobile phone savvy. The only reason our transaction required us to be present in person was to test drive and pick up our awesome new Toyotas! Glenn Ree does not fit the bill for a "typical car salesman". He was very friendly, helpful and informative and if I bought the truck, great, if not, then he said he met someone nice. Very cool in my opinion. This is a guy you want to buy a car from. The dealership did not have the color I wanted on the lot, so they actually brought one in from one of their other dealerships for me. I didn't even have to leave town, they took care of it. I got the color I wanted with all of the options I wanted, no problem! I would recommend anyone in the market for a new Toyota to stop by Fremont Toyota in Sheridan, Wyoming. This is our sixth Toyota vehicle that we have purchased from Fremont. The sales people are friendly, provide for our requests, are available for help for any problems. We love Toyota products. I have purchased 8 new vehicles during my lifetime so far. Some of those purchase were nightmares to go through. This purchase was, by far, the most pleasurable experience I have ever had buying a far. Some of those purchase were nightmares to go through. This purchase was, by far, the most pleasurable experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle. No games, no price shuffling, no bait and switch. Just up front conversation and negotiation. I live approximately 250 miles from this dealership so most of the negotiations were done over the telephone. I expected that when I arrived at the dealership for one-on-one negotiations, that the deal that was negotiated over the phone would end up with issues to work out. That was not the case at all. Fremont Motors stood by their quoted price for the new truck I purchased, it was ready for me when I arrived, the price quoted for the new vehicle and the price quoted for my trade in stayed the same, the paperwork was done, and I was introduced to everyone at the dealership who I needed to know. I was on my way back home, driving a new truck, within 1/2 hour. I feel this is a five-star dealership and would recommend it to anyone. I would certainly purchase from them again. More
Stopped to brouse the Ford pickups at the Fremont Ford dealer next door. Wound up looking at the Toyota Tundra. Got a better offer on the Tundra. Went home done some more dealing on the phone and computer dealer next door. Wound up looking at the Toyota Tundra. Got a better offer on the Tundra. Only time will tell the rest of the story. More
