Matt was patient with our many questions, explaining all the new features of the 2014 Tundra, laid-back with no sales pressure, and very personable and respectful. After a full day on the sales lot, we sealed the deal and had our new truck. We made a new friend with Matt, and plan to buy another Toyota in the near future for my wife.
