First off, Logan in service is excellent. I have no complaints about him. I bought my 2012 Ford Focus about three weeks ago. On the way home I realized the cruise wasn't working. I took it back the complaints about him. I bought my 2012 Ford Focus about three weeks ago. On the way home I realized the cruise wasn't working. I took it back the next day and the code said something about the steering wheel module. I was immediately put off that they hadn't checked that first. They first suggested I bring the car in next week. Then Noelle, my salesperson, said she'd get me a loaner and I could leave it there. I was then told the GM, Matt, wanted to know why I couldn't come back the next week. They finally got me a loaner with the assurance it would be tended to immediately. Matt never came out to speak to me. I walked into his office and he never even stood up. He was a condescending jerk. I called Noelle on my way home to insist they check out the entire vehicle. She kept telling me she was sure it was nothing. However, 24 hours later I still hadn't heard a word. I called and found out it hadn't even been looked at yet. I called the salesperson and left two messages. She called me back an hour or so later and said they were getting to it. at 4:00, 30 hours after I left the car, I was told it was finished. All they did was clear a code. That's it. Nothing else was checked. Today I realized there was no oil change sticker on my windshield. I took the car in and asked why there wasn't one, since I was assured at purchase that they were taking care of it "right now." I discovered there had been NO service done on the vehicle. If there was anything done, it's not noted anywhere. This car had a sticker price of $15,900 and not one lick of work was done on it. Is it because I was a woman alone? Maybe. Is it because they're crooks? Quite possibly. I will never give them my business again. More

Since I'm from Massachusetts and I'm in Wyoming, I decided to check DealerRater to find a trustworthy Ford dealer. I agree with all the good ratings here. I was treated like an old friend even though I had never been there before. Service was quick and the customer lounge was comfortable. They have good coffee too. It's great to find a place like this when your in a strange town. More
We were traveling West from Montana to Wisconsin in my 3-series BMW, and had an alternator go out. We made it to this dealership, and the staff there was incredible, even before we thought of simply purc 3-series BMW, and had an alternator go out. We made it to this dealership, and the staff there was incredible, even before we thought of simply purchasing a new vehicle. A salesman had a tech come out and check the alternator strength, which confirmed our thoughts. Glynis was extremely kind and thoughtful, allowing us to use the dealerships phone to go through our Plan A, B, and C. We settled on trading my car in to purchase a new (used) vehicle. Glynis was very helpful during the entire process and really knew what I was looking for, instead of xx'ing me around. Matt was also very kind and a pleasant reminder of our home state. I have no regrets about this dealership, and honestly wish I lived in Wyoming so I can continue being a customer. I wouldn't have gotten that kind of service back here in Wisconsin, it was truly unreal. Well done. More

When I asked what the asking price of the 2012 Chevy Impala I purchased, everyone I asked cleverly avoided that question. The asking price was not made available to me until it came time to close the de Impala I purchased, everyone I asked cleverly avoided that question. Also the asking price was approximately $3495.00 above average asking price for a vehicle of same year, model and mileage. I feel that I am justified in thinking I did not get a fair deal. More
